A case report of Madelung’s disease

Madelung’s disease (MD) is a rare characterized by diffuse, non-encapsulated, multiple fat masses in different areas of the body. In this case report, we present MD Asia and its management. A 66-year-old man with history hypertension presented massive growth soft tissue around neck, breasts, upper back, lower abdomen. Preoperative MRI revealed remarkably hypertrophic neck anterior chest wall, which was consistent diagnosis MD. Multiple linear incisions were made on 763 g, 186 635 g posterior, right, left tissues excised, respectively. single wide, transverse incision done to excise 1,072 from back. Masses both breasts preserving inferior pedicle, weighing 1,086 (right) 1,164 (left).
